Well it’s no secret that I’m a big Yumi fan, I just love their beautiful girly dresses. My first outfit post on here was in their Natosha dress, and I also own a peacock maxi dress (which is stunning, and I must remember to do an outfit post with it very soon) and little bits of accessories. Their clothes have been seen on celebrities such as Lily Allen, Fearne Cotton, Sienna Miller and Emily Blunt. They also have a ‘big sister’ brand called Uttam Boutique, which has a slightly more grown-up look, a little more sophisticated.
Yumi’s Autumn/Winter collection has been something I’ve been looking forward to for a while now. They do summery dresses so well that I wanted to see how they could make their dresses look gorgeous for the colder weather (which no doubt we’ll be seeing a lot of from the end of September!). Oh and there’s not just a few pretty dresses either, they have jackets, bags and accessories to look forward to as well.
Their key trends for this Autumn/Winter include embellished shoulders, fringing, biker chic, chanel inspired monochrome and the ever classic lace! So there’s no risk of looking dull and boring in Yumi’s A/W clothes. Here are a selection of my favourite looks from their A/W lookbook.
