As some of you might remember from my tweets the other week, I had a weekend on a canal boat with my mum, stepdad and brother. I’ve finally found my memory card reader amongst my boxed up belongings and here are a few of the photos I took! Apologies for my scruffy appearance, my second day hair never looks nice.
It was an experience that’s for sure haha. The weather was awful for the first night and the morning after it, but then we had some nice wine-drinking sunshine for the rest of it. So me and my brother set up camp at the front of the boat to drink, listen to BritBrit, read, laugh at scallies on the side of the canal and have a good natter. Quite a nice way to spend some quality family time.
Oh and you don’t know searching for phone signal until you’ve been in the countryside, we’d literally shout out with joy when we got any kind of signal. Bonus points for 3G!
