This post is well overdue but I have finally found my card reader with my (very few) pictures from London last weekend. I got the Saturday off work and went down for the weekend to attend the #ldnlunch and also to see my brother who has recently moved down to London.
It was my first trip to London, shocking I know, and I literally didn’t stop. I didn’t get the chance to do all the touristy things and go shopping properly but no doubt I’ll be back soon to remedy that. The #ldnlunch, which was organised by Eloise, Sophie & Claire (who sadly couldn’t make it!) was a fab bloggers meet. There were so many girls there, the bar didn’t know what had just hit them, especially the burly blokes.
I had a good catch up with Stacey & Rebecca, who I first met at the Manchester Bloggers Meet in November, and hopefully we can meet up again for some shopping or maybe for the ‘An Evening With Fiona McIntosh’ event on the 19th. Lovely girls, you should definitely check out their blogs! I wish I’d talked to more bloggers but I am quite the shy girl and everyone was already chatting away in their little groups. Maybe if I’d had one more Mai Tai I would’ve been alright haha.
I also went to Franco Manca in Chiswick with my brother, his partner and my mum. We had amazing carb overload pizza and a good chinwag. Definitely check it out if you’re ever in Chiswick!
