It’s been forever since I last blogged, but it’s a new (academic) year and I’m ready to get back into the bloggy world. I’ve just started my third year at university and next week is the best week of the year for me financially, student loan day AND payday for work! So as you can imagine I already have a ridiculous list of all the stuff I want.
This River Island jacket has been on my list for a few weeks now, it’s sat in my ‘saved items’ on ASOS tempting me! It comes in khaki too but I’m a sucker for navy. Just contemplating whether to buy it as soon as I get paid or wait until The Great Student Giveaway at Manchester Arndale (more to come about this in a future post), because no doubt River Island will be doing their 20% off.
My main purchase on my list is obviously that beautiful ol’ iMac! I’m currently typing this post on a slightly worse for wear late 2008 MacBook, so I’m really excited to be getting a shiny new iMac. Being the geek I am, I’ve avoided the student offer of a free ยฃ70 appstore giftcard when you buy one, because there’s rumours of a 2012 iMac ready to be announced and released.
Oh and the Mulberry wallet is clearly a cheeky joke because although I’m getting a healthy sum of money, I’m still a student and that iMac purchase will bring me right back down to living off noodles and capri suns. Maybe next year Mulbs ๐
