It’s been a difficult year for us all. While we were just beginning lockdown measures last year, this year we’re missing our loved ones more than ever.
For those of us lucky enough to have mums or mother figures in our lives, it can be tricky to show them how much we care on Mother’s Day when there are still so many restrictions in place.

You really can’t go wrong with a gorgeous bunch of flowers or a plant.
There are loads of bunches to choose from on Moonpig, including some flowers that fit straight through their letterbox, like the ones pictured above. They take some arranging but that’s quite a therapeutic task in itself!
If you know their favourite flowers or colours, make sure you pick something with that in mind to show you’ve put some extra thought into it.
Skincare Saviours
Skincare or bodycare gift sets are also a great fail-safe gift idea. This gorgeous ‘Special Occasion Hamper’ by Sanctuary Spa smells and looks incredible and features full-size and travel-size versions of some of their signature products.

This ‘Tea & Bubbles’ hamper seems to be out of stock, but there’s loads of gorgeous hampers to choose from, whether she likes pink gin & chocolate or beer & cheese.
If you’re looking for something completely vegan, the Proudly Vegan Hamper is perfect. It has a delicious selection of sweet and savoury snacks, as well as a bottle of vegan white wine.
For an alcohol-free hamper, the Chocolate Indulgence Hamper is my top pick. It’s everything a chocoholic would love and also comes in a wire basket that they can hopefully re-use.
